★ Personality

Neuro is the sort of man that can be seen as little more than a charming bastard. Efficient in everything that he does, but a happy-go-lucky asshole none the less. He's rather self-centered and arrogant, sometimes even bordering on sadistic. Terrible as he can be, there is likely a method to his madness. He doesn't care much for most people, though it's not anything that they've done specifically. He simply finds that he cannot relate to many of them, seeing them as 'lower' than himself and is often very detached about certain things. He's the kind of person that needs constant stimulation; be it working, poking fun at someone, or having something to do with his hands. Chances are on a slow day the people around him should keep an eye on anything that they have on their person, he's the sort of guy that takes apart things for fun but is often far too lazy to put them back together. Really he just enjoys a good puzzle and if he doesn't see that he'll get any satisfaction from it he'll just leave it alone.

Eccentric as he might be, he's good at what he does and every once in a while he'll allow someone to get close to him. Sometimes it takes a while for him to treat you as anything more than dirt, but it certainly is possible. Despite it all, the man is usually seen with a smile on his face but try not to let that fool you too much. In short Neuro likes to do what makes HIM happy and not much more than that, but really he's a nice guy. Really, he is, I swear. :|

★ History

Neuro was born in New York, his family well off enough to send him to the best private schools in the area. His parents were very business oriented so he found himself alone a majority of the time, usually having to keep himself entertained. From this he developed most of his detachment and his need to keep himself busy. Something to fill that void left by his unattentive family. He developed as best he could given the circumstances, constantly testing himself to be the best at everything that he did. When high school was right around the corner he found himself being uprooted from his lifelong home and dragged all the way to Japan. He found himself adapting pretty quickly, finding himself at another prestigious school until graduation. Then moving onto college, his love of puzzles and mystery books fueling his desire to major in Crimonology.

He did so, graduating at the top of his class and almost immediately joining the police force. Of course he did well with his job, but he found himself growing far too restless for his tastes. Having no attachment to his family or the people that he worked around he decided that a transfer was the best course of action. He thought about returning to his home, but decided against it and instead found himself wandering into Cross one day. Here was hoping that this place was as interesting as the papers led him to believe~.

★ Appearance

At a first glance Neuro doesn't seem to have the look to fit in his profession, one of his most noticeable features is his hair. Straight and almost shoulder-length, a very vivid blond with violet-black bangs. He usually keeps the ends done together with little triangular hair clips and sometimes even puts it up in a small ponytail if he's been putting off a haircut. ~~He's really not a gay, okay? :|~~ He's got vivid aqua coloured eyes that stand out almost as much as his hair does. He's decently built, standing at 6'1" and weighing in at around 160lbs. He's not really one for casual dressing, usually opting for expensive and sometimes even tacky looking suits. Every once in a while he looks pretty damn sleek, but he doesn't try too terribly often. Gloves. There's rarely a time when he's seen without them. Perhaps when he's around the home, but certainly not out in public.
